So it’s no wonder that the United States military has established a very large presence here. With several large bases including Lackland Air Force Base, Randolph Air Force Base, Camp Bullis and of course Ft. Sam Houston, it is absolutely a military town. Another school year is underway here in San Antonio, which means it’s also time to be thinking about where you live and the impact it has on your children, and how it will affect their performance this school year.

San Antonio is a wonderful city to be growing up in and going to school in; some of the best schools in San Antonio are located in our North Side Independent School District, Northeast Independent School District, and Alamo Heights Independent School District. All are consistently ranked high in academics as well as providing lots of opportunities to kids to be involved in sports, and many other extra-curricular activities.
