Ryan is the most understanding person I ever met . He has all the patience in the world and has a big heart.I was in California while my house was being built and I was a nervous wreck. Krista was amazing from the moment I talked to her. I didn’t know anyone in Texas and I somehow got in contact with Krista after speaking with a few other agents. One had set me up on a automated alert list and I never heard from her again, the other was emailing with my husband but was sharing properties that were outside our specified criteria.
Krista listened to exactly what our needs/desires were and she was off and running, providing us with the perfect homes for us and helping us with ones that we found and were interested in. She gave us a lot of information about the area. She face timed with me to show me some properties.
We had a tough situation because we were relocating from NY and she had to work through a lot of the differences with timing and closing dates, lawyers and wiring of money with us. Also the sellers of the house we were buying didn’t accept our offer a few times and changed a few things in the contract. Krista worked through it all with us and was very encouraging.

Finally after extensions due to the slow sale of our NY house and working out conflicts with the contract, we were able to obtain our dream home thanks to Krista. I fully believe if it weren’t for her we would not have this amazing house.

Philip was knowledgeable of San Antonio sales, gave us good information to consider, looked at our home thoroughly and then began to research price and comparisons for homes in our area. Philip was calm, well versed but never once pushed; he allowed us to time to ask endless questions and make an informed decision in choosing our broker.
Philip was very adept at understanding the type of details that my husband and I would need throughout the process. He went out of his way to be patient and respectful no matter how many questions we had; we never felt brushed aside or like he didn’t have time for us.
Philip was meticulous with details; respectful of our time in every meeting that occurred. Philip was at our house to meet contractors as needed and always followed up with us promptly regarding everything that occurred.

Phillip sat down with me in his office and helped me narrow down a few home choices. His projection screen was very helpful to see maps of the properties, pictures of the interiors, and compare the different options. He gave me his honest opinion of the different areas and helped to map out a good route to my place of business for a convenient commute to and from work. After selecting about 4 properties, he drove me to take a better look at them. After selecting the home I am in now, he did all the negotiations for me. He was even able to get a washer and dryer delivered and installed in my unit! I plan to stay In this condo until for at least another year. I love it here! Within in a manner of thirty minutes after we looked at our new property and decided to make an offer he electronically had all the forms ready to go and we initiated the contract within two hours from our initial visit. He has a tremendous amount of energy and his ability to have the entire process ready to go made a difference. Another out of state buyer offered more within an hour after we had a signed contract. Great realtor. Works hard for you. He has sold land for us in far less time than the average listing in the area stayed on the market. He has also gone out of his way to help close a deal when we encountered numerous problems with a tract of land that we were attempting to purchase.
