Timberwood Park is a large San Antonio community located on the far north central side of town. This fully custom neighborhood is over 2,200 acres in the foothills of the beautiful Texas hill country. One of the nicest things about this particular neighborhood is that you can still purchase a lot that is big and you have some land around you, but you aren’t miles away from civilization. Timberwood Park is less than 3 miles from Hwy 281 and around 5 miles from Loop 1604. Another bonus is that there are no San Antonio city taxes until 2032, increasing your buying power! Timberwood Park is only a few minutes from great shopping, health care, dining and schools which make this one of the very best communities in San Antonio to raise an active family in.

Living in Timberwood Park also gives you access to their beautiful basketball, tennis and sand volleyball courts, playgrounds, pavilions, and picnic areas. Spend an afternoon sitting by the private lake, or try your hand at the par 3 golf course.
