SELLER: I like to visit the property for 5 or 10 minutes, then I’m going to preview some properties in your neighborhood to work up a good comparison for your review. Review / Listing appointments take about two hours. Setting up and getting your property ready may take 5-7 days. You need to look at one of our videos. Text me and I will send you one. I will get a video for your address too, they are great. These millennials really appreciate this technology. After that, we can visit, chat and sign or we can talk, email and sign electronically. I like Open Houses, Color Flyers and making sure I answer all calls.
